As the first point of contact for customers at our Brooklyn Portables branch, your number one goal is to ensure our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions, while contributing to a reliable and high-performing team.

This role offers variety and on the job learning supported by a collaborative and experienced team. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, delivering solutions and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

Supporting customers in person, over the phone and via emailPreparing hire schedules, quotes, and invoicingAllocating equipment and liaising with the workshopCoordinating deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs and breakdownsOccasionally assisting in the yard with loading equipmentLiaising with suppliers to support customer needs

An interest in construction, mining, or engineering is a bonus—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed in equipment hire.
