As a Post Placement Support (Member Care) Consultant, you will provide tailored employment and education support to young people, helping them build the skills, confidence and readiness needed to sustain employment. Working as part of a passionate and energetic team, you'll deliver personalised support that empowers young people to achieve their goals and thrive in their chosen pathways. In this role, you'll contribute to the success of our Employment Services programs, particularly Transition to Work (TtW), by helping young people achieve sustainable employment and education outcomes.

your role will include:

• Providing tailored mentoring to support young people in employment and/or education, helping them build workplace skills, navigate challenges, and meet their mutual obligations. 
• Maintaining consistent and proactive communication with both members and employers to foster strong working relationships. 
• Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team goals, with a focus on achieving 12 and 26 week outcome targets. 
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal yourtown site staff and external stakeholders to ensure collaborative support for members. 
• Collect and submit documentary evidence as part of contractual obligations. 
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with established quality standards and requirements. 

Enjoy the best of both worlds with a flexible work pattern that combines one day at our Milton Head Office (every Tuesday), two days at your choice of Brisbane South East sites (Browns Plains, Kingston and/or Upper Mount Gravatt), and two days working from home. Variety, flexibility and connection are all part of the role.
