As a Post Placement Support (Member Care) Consultant, you will provide tailored employment and education support to young people, helping them build the skills, confidence and readiness needed to sustain employment. Working as part of a passionate and energetic team, you'll deliver personalised support that empowers young people to achieve their goals and thrive in their chosen pathways. In this role, you'll contribute to the success of our Employment Services programs, particularly Transition to Work (TtW), by helping young people achieve sustainable employment and education outcomes.

Enjoy the best of both worlds with a flexible work pattern that combines one day at our Milton Head Office (every Tuesday), two days at your choice of Brisbane South East sites (Browns Plains, Kingston and/or Upper Mount Gravatt), and two days working from home. Variety, flexibility and connection are all part of the role.
