Join our Brisbane-based team as an Account Manager, partnering closely with Relationship Executives and Analysts to support a growing portfolio of clients.

This exceptional opportunity centres on supporting both new and existing clients, managing stakeholder relationships, assisting with deal execution and contributing to new business opportunities.

You will gain extensive client-facing experience and play a pivotal role within our Relationship team. More Specifically, You Will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and internal support teams.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with product specialists to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Support credit submissions, fulfilment of security documentation and loan settlements to ensure timely deal execution.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer information across internal systems.
• Participate actively in team sales and service activities, including portfolio reviews, customer discussions and business development initiatives.

We're Interested in Hearing From You If You Have:

• A strong customer service mindset and a genuine interest in building a career in Commercial Banking.
• Experience within banking or financial services, with Commercial Banking experience highly regarded.
• A strong internal network and knowledge of banking systems, policies and processes.
• Home lending experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to remain organised and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach, strong initiative and willingness to learn.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline (highly regarded).
