Head of Risk Transformation (18-month contract)

Why this role matters

As Head of Risk Transformation, you’ll drive an enterprise-wide transformation agenda that strengthens how risk is understood, owned and embedded across Tabcorp. This is a high-impact 18-month opportunity to lead meaningful change, improve decision-making and shape how Tabcorp manages risk in a complex, evolving and highly regulated environment.

Your role, your impact

Reporting to the General Manager Risk & Compliance, and working closely with executive leaders and key stakeholders, you’ll lead Tabcorp’s enterprise risk transformation agenda. You’ll drive strategic change that strengthens governance, sharpens risk insights and accountability, and embeds better risk thinking into business decisions across the organisation. You will:

• Drive transformation across responsible gambling, customer risk and financial crime
• Lead the enterprise risk transformation roadmap
• Strengthen risk frameworks, policies and accountabilities
• Shape executive and Board risk reporting and insights
• Influence leaders to embed risk into strategic decision-making
• Enhance risk culture, capability and maturity

What you’ll bring

You’re an accomplished transformation leader with the credibility to influence at the highest levels and the drive to turn strategy into meaningful change. You’ll combine enterprise risk expertise with commercial judgement, strong leadership and the ability to build momentum across a complex organisation. You’ll bring:

• Senior leadership experience in complex, regulated environments
• A proven track record leading large-scale transformation
• Strong executive influencing and stakeholder management capability
• Commercial judgement and strategic thinking
• Experience building high-performing teams and organisational capability
