Join a leading ASX-listed organisation driving an ambitious procurement transformation to build future-ready capability. Managing a Technology & Digital spend of up to $100M, you will shape and deliver the commercial procurement strategy that underpins the company’s Technology & Digital roadmap, spanning SaaS, Cloud, Digital Services, Infrastructure, and major outsourcing partnerships.

The Opportunity

This senior leadership role will develop and execute the strategic roadmap for procurement partnering across technology and digital spend. Acting as a trusted advisor to Technology, Finance, and Executive stakeholders, you’ll lead complex sourcing programs, negotiate high-value deals, embed supplier governance and performance frameworks, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes that support broader digital and innovation goals.
With the support of an engaged executive team and a fresh data-driven spend diagnostic, you’ll have the mandate and insights to drive meaningful transformation from day one.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-year procurement and category strategies aligned with the Technology roadmap and transformation objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for SaaS, Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Services, and outsourcing deals.
• Negotiate major commercial agreements to achieve best-in-class cost, risk, service and innovation outcomes.
• Build and embed supplier governance frameworks, performance scorecards and compliance monitoring.
• Partner with senior Technology and Digital leadership to deliver transformation programs and innovation initiatives.
• Build and develop a small, focused team of procurement partners, embedding a high-performance culture.
• Use analytics, supplier intelligence and digital procurement tools to drive value-based decisions.

   
About You
You are an accomplished procurement leader with extensive experience in large-scale technology and digital spend. You bring:

• Proven success leading category management, complex Tech/Telco sourcing, SaaS deals, Cloud services, and supplier performance frameworks.
• A strong grasp of emerging technologies and digital transformation trends.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver cost efficiencies, innovation and supplier-led value in dynamic, large-scale environments.
• A collaborative, sleeves-rolled-up approach that balances strategic advisory with practical execution.
• The confidence to engage and influence stakeholders up to C-suite level.
