Dental Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our welcoming and professional team in the heart of Macquarie Street, Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, close-knit practice alongside one Dentist and two Hygienists, where teamwork, respect, and high-quality patient care are our priorities.

About the Role

• 4 days per week with the option of 5 for the right candidate

• 8:30am – 5:30pm

• No weekend work

• Supportive small-team environment

You will work closely with the Dentist, primarily assisting with implant surgery, while also contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice through reception and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting (including implant procedures)

• Booking appointments and conducting follow-up calls

• Processing payments using Oasis and HICAPS

About You

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Assistant essential (additional training provided)

• Confident communication skills and strong English proficiency

• Well organised, reliable, and adaptable
