About the Role

Are you an organised and proactive project professional with experience supporting ERP implementations? We are seeking an ERP Project Lead to play a key role in the implementation of our new Microsoft Business Central ERP. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple business functions and contribute to a transformative business project.

Reporting as part of the ERP implementation team, you will lead project activities, support stakeholder engagement, assist with testing and training activities, and help ensure the successful delivery of our ERP implementation in this 12-month project role. You will work closely with business stakeholders, software vendors, and implementation partners to support a smooth transition to our new business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation activities across multiple business functions.

• Support project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

• Facilitate project meetings and maintain action and decision registers.

• Gather and document business requirements and process improvement opportunities.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and system validation activities.

• Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and quality assurance processes.

• Act as a key point of contact between business users and implementation partners.

• Assist with change management, user adoption initiatives, and go-live readiness activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience coordinating business improvement, software implementation, or ERP projects in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

• Experience engaging with stakeholders across multiple departments.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

• Experience with business process mapping, testing, training, or change management activities.

• Exposure to Microsoft Business Central and/or M1 will be highly regarded.
