Tender Presenter

OUR CLIENT

An award-winning residential builder with a strong presence across Melbourne, specialising in KDRB, volume and premium residential homes.
 
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Tender Presenter to join their pre-construction team and play a key role in guiding clients through the tender and pre-construction process.

As a Tender Presenter, you'll be responsible for presenting detailed tenders to clients, ensuring they clearly understand their plans, specifications, inclusions, selections and pricing before progressing through to contract.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting professional and engaging tender presentations with clients.
• Walking clients through plans, specifications, inclusions, selections and pricing.
• Liaising closely with Estimators, Sales Consultants, Drafting and Pre-Construction teams.
• Reviewing tender documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Managing client queries and resolving discrepancies throughout the tender process.
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of customer service.
• Ensuring clients are fully informed and comfortable before progressing to contract.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience as a Tender Presenter, Client Liaison, Sales Administrator, Pre-Site Coordinator or similar within residential construction.
• Strong understanding of the residential building and pre-construction process.
• Confident communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients.
• Ability to interpret residential building plans, specifications and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Professional, approachable and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and key stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
