The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will take ownership of key areas on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground, building strong relationships with subcontractors and keeping projects moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities across your allocated areas
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site
• Drive programme outcomes and ensure works are delivered on schedule
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance
• Monitor progress and proactively manage site issues and risks
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and progress tracking
• Work closely with the wider project team to achieve key milestones

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction projects
• Experience working on large-scale builds, ideally $70m+
• Health Project experience would be preferable 
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, sequencing and delivery
• Confident managing subcontractors and driving site performance
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proactive, organised and solutions focused
