The Pathway Group is partnering with an established and growing multidisciplinary allied health provider to appoint an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to their Melbourne team.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive clinical environment where you'll have the flexibility to structure your working hours, access regular mentoring and supervision, and work alongside experienced allied health professionals.
The Opportunity Working across clinic, community and home-based settings, you'll support clients with a range of behavioural needs while collaborating closely with families, support coordinators and other health professionals.
You'll have autonomy over your caseload while benefiting from dedicated administrative support, clinical resources and an established multidisciplinary team.

About You We're looking for a practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioural support and enjoys working collaboratively with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
You'll ideally bring:

• Minimum Core-level Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner status
• Proficient-level PBSP highly regarded
• Psychology registration highly regarded
• Experience within Positive Behaviour Support or a related field
• Full Australian working rights
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current Victorian Police Check
• Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Completed NDIS Worker Orientation modules

Your Role Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments across home, school and community environments
• Developing and implementing Comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plans
• Assessing the functions and motivators of behaviours of concern
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Developing individualised treatment and intervention plans
• Collecting, monitoring and analysing behavioural data
• Working collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators and multidisciplinary clinicians
• Liaising with external stakeholders
• Providing training and education to support staff
• Developing training and behavioural support resources
• Ensuring practice aligns with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvement and evidence-based clinical practice
