About the role
We are seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) on a Casual/Contractor basis for IZA Allied Support Care.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting functional behaviour assessments.Developing, implementing and reviewing Behaviour Support Plans.Providing proactive, person-centred and least-restrictive strategies.Collaborating with participants, families, support workers and professionals.Providing guidance and training to support teams.Maintaining quality documentation and compliance with NDIS requirements.
About You: Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Counselling or a related field, with strong communication and report-writing skills. Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and disability services is required.
