What You’ll Do
In this rotational hospital pharmacy role, you'll work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimise medication management and support positive patient outcomes across a range of clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
• Dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products
• Coordinating patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge
• Supporting patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees

  
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for a pharmacist who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and effective time management are essential.
  
Previous hospital pharmacy experience is highly regarded but not required. Comprehensive training and support will be provided to help you transition successfully into the role.
  
Essential requirements:

• General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
• Minimum 1-year Australian pharmacy practice experience
• Australian working rights, valid for at least 12 months from start of employment.
• Personal Indemnity insurance.
• Vaccination status as required by Mt. Lawley Hospital
• Working with Children Check
• Police clearance

  
Desirable skills & experience:

• Prior experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting
