As a Service Associate, your focus is all about the customer, providing support at every step, assisting our bankers and resolving service queries with confidence and care.

You’ll bring strong knowledge and problem-solving skills to answer questions and deliver solutions seamlessly.

Behind the scenes, you’ll showcase your operational expertise, managing financial transactions and processes with precision, all while learning from and collaborating with a supportive team.

• Responding to customer questions and concerns, delivering exceptional service.
• Providing accurate answers and solutions to both customers and bankers.
• Building strong, professional relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborating across teams to ensure customer and product satisfaction.

• Keeping customer experience at the heart of everything you do.

You’ll likely bring:

• Experience in Business or Consumer Banking, or proven customer service experience within financial services.
• Ability to connect and communicate with people from all walks of life.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• A passion for improving processes and enhancing customer experience.
• An investigative mindset with solid data and analytical skills.
• Positive, driven and collaborative personality.
