Senior Management Accountant | Perth | $140k–$160k + Super

Our client is a well-established, large-scale Australian services and operations business with a significant national footprint and complex, high-volume operations. The organisation is currently undergoing a major systems transformation as it continues to modernise and strengthen its finance function.

The Opportunity

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a high-performing finance team within a business of significant scale and complexity. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll take ownership of a broad and varied Senior Management Accountant portfolio within an organisation processing high volumes of transactional data across multiple business units and cost centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of weekly business performance reporting and P&L by function
• Preparation of revenue and cost journals across complex, high-volume data sets
• Variance reporting against budget and forecast
• Balance sheet ownership for your areas of responsibility, including accrued revenue and debtors
• Month-end close and general ledger account reviews
• Supporting ongoing improvements to financial reporting and systems

About You

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or Senior Management Accountant within a large, complex,  organisation
• Comfortable working with high transaction volumes and data from multiple sources
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in an evolving environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification preferred
• Experience working through systems or ERP transformation highly regarded
