Role

We are looking for a highly organised Team Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to become full time. In this role, you will support the team by helping to keep daily operations running smoothly and handle a range of office support tasks.

You will be the go-to person regarding the company's online presence and presentation materials, and assist with planning company events and travel alongside the Executive Assistant.

This is a diverse role in a fast-paced small office team environment.

Key duties:

• First point of contact for the office. Greet guests and direct incoming calls.

• Maintain an orderly office space, including boardroom set up and office supplies.

• Oversight of the company socials, website and marketing materials.

• Assist with document formatting, pitch decks and presentations.

• Type, format and distribute dictations as per urgency and priority to other work.

• Manage company subscriptions.

• Provide cover for EA during busy times and cover during absence.

• Assist with staff onboarding and basic IT, including workstation set up.

• Maintain mailing lists, contacts and filing systems as directed.

• Assist with events and office functions, including set up, tracking and follow-up as needed.

• Where required, assist the wider team with organising meetings, event registration and bookings.

• Ad-Hoc project support.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a collaborative team member who is confident with MS Office and has a keen eye for detail. You would be well placed to succeed in this role if you are highly organised and proactive in troubleshooting.
