Employment Type: Busselton 22.5 hours per week – 0.6 FTE
Fixed-term contract until June 2027

Position Overview
We are looking for a Care Navigator (Peer Support Worker) to join our Team. and use your lived experience to support clients following a suicidal crisis.
The Care Navigator plays a central role by offering lived-experience informed guidance, emotional support and practical assistance to help clients stabilise, stay connected and safety transition back into daily life and community services through co-developed recovery and safety plans.
