Consultant - Digital Transformation

Due to continued growth and new and exciting projects they are looking for a Consultant to join their team. As a Consultant you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital transformation, AI, and automation initiatives for Government and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews
• Conduct structured analysis across digital transformation, AI adoption, automation strategy, and technology uplift initiatives
• Design digital and AI strategies aligned to organisational priorities and risk settings
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans
• Support delivery oversight across people, process, technology, data, and governance domains

Position requirements:

• 1–5 years’ experience in management consulting, professional services, or internal strategy/transformation roles
• Experience in digital transformation, AI strategy, automation initiatives, or technology modernisation programs will be highly regarded
• Strong analytical skills
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to run client workshops and gather client requirements
• Australian Citizen
