Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting operations and report preparation.
• Input financial transactions in accounting software.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and reports.
• Help maintain the general ledger and financial records.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
• Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects.
• Engage in learning opportunities to enhance professional development.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets for tracking expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for invoice processing.
• Participate in financial reporting initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to tasks.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards.
• Familiarity with data entry processes.

• Previous internship experience in accounting is a plus.
