Bar Staff / Gaming Attendant

Join the team at the Pendle Inn Hotel as a Bar Staff / Gaming Attendant. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in our vibrant bar and gaming areas. The Pendle Inn Hotel is located in Pendle Hill, NSW 2145, offering a great work environment and the opportunity to develop your skills in the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and serving customers in the bar and gaming areas with a friendly and professional manner

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

• Ensuring the bar and gaming areas are well-stocked and maintained to a high standard

• Providing assistance and guidance to customers using the gaming facilities

• Handling cash and processing payments accurately

• Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol policies

• Assisting with other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the hotel

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar bar or gaming attendant role

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• MUST HAVE RSA & RCG

• TAB & KENO knowledge 

• Flexible and available to work a range of shifts, Mostly for evenings/overnight, weekends and public holidays

• Would be suitable for some one looking for 25+ hours a week  

• Past Pub Duty manager experience would be a plus
