Duration: Minimum of 3 months with the possibility of extending
Requirements: Experience in independently running a commercial kitchen
Customer Numbers: Usually between 10-30
The Menu: An Australian Pub Menu..
Created by the chef in consultation with the owner
Pay Options: 1. Award salary 2. Casual 3. Contract pay (ABN required)
Kitchen Hours: Wed - Fri 5PM - 7.30PM
16hrs+ Sat - Sun 12PM - 2PM 5PM - 7.30PM
Bar Hours: Wed-Fri 4PM - Close (approx 8PM
Sat/Sun 12PM - Close (approx 9PM Sat & 7.30PM Sun)
Start Date: Wed Sep. 9
Accommodation: 2br Manager’s unit available on site
The property is currently trading and is for sale or lease
This position may suit a couple as a bar/restaurant person is also required
