If you're an experienced Centre Director looking to making a positive impact on children, the local community, families, and a act as a supportive mentor to passionate Educators... then this is role for you!

You will be joining a beautiful purpose-built, well resourced and bright service with lots of green spaces vibrant outdoor space for children to truly embrace outdoor play and learning in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

������ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping things running smoothly, because behind every great Centre is an even greater Director!
• Leading and inspiring a team of passionate educators
• Creating a warm, safe, and fun environment for children to thrive
• Building strong relationships with families and within the local community
• Be in the drivers seat for service enrolments
• Ensuring the service remains compliant and up-to-date on regulatory standards

������ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Centre Director (at least 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of childcare regulations, EYLF and NQF
• A passionate, supportive leader and mentor
• Excellent communicator and great at building relationships
• Deep understanding of child safety and reporting
• Bachelors or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent)
• Working with Children Check
