E&I Technicians, EEHA Electricians & Electrical Commissioning Technicians

CQTechs are seeking the following:  FIFO or DIDO E&I EEHA Technicians, EEHA Electricians and Electrical Commissioning Technicians to join our team for upcoming Shutdowns and Project Works within the Central Queensland and Western Downs Region's

Locations: 

• Central Queensland - Gladstone & Moura

•  Western Downs Region - Chinchilla

Roster: 

• Immediate Start for EI Technicians

• Multiple Projects in 2026 and into 2027

• Rosters and longevity vary depending on Projects

Hours:  

• Hours and Roster are dependent on Project and Site

Pay Rates:  

• CQTechs offers market leading rates

Accommodation & Meals:  

• Accommodation will be provided

• If meals not provided at accommodation, generous meal allowance paid per day

Travel:  

• Travel Time Paid

• Travel Re-Imbursement for DIDO

• Flights Provided where required

Requirements:

• A current Queensland Electrical Mechanic License

• Current CPR / LVR Certification  

• Current EEHA Cert IV / EEHA Refresher - completed within last 3 years

• E&I Technicians will require Cert III Instrumentation (Trade Qualification)

• Heavy Industrial experience is required:

  • E.g.  Power Generation / Oil & Gas / Petrochem / Industrial Process Plants

  • Working at Heights inc. WP High Risk License & Confined Space Preferred

  • Construction Industry Safety White Card
