Groundsperson

As a Groundsperson, you will:

• Assist with the maintenance and presentation of the College grounds, gardens and sporting facilities
• Operate grounds maintenance equipment including ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers and blowers
• Undertake general campus upkeep, litter collection and grounds inspections
• Assist with weed control, pressure washing and outdoor maintenance
• Support the gardening and sports field teams with day-to-day activities
• Assist with event set-ups, minor repairs and other general labouring duties

To be successful, you will have:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• A manual driver's licence
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A current Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one

Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, landscaping or a similar role will be highly regarded but is not essential.
