Recruitment Advisor – Internal  Brisbane HQ — Permanent Full-Time Our People & Capability team is growing, and we want our own people at Lorna Jane to have the opportunity to grow their career within our business.  We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the People team at Brisbane HQ You don't need recruitment experience. What you do need is a real understanding of our brand.  You know what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced retail world, what it takes to make sure our customer has a special experience every time, and what it takes to meet a store budget.  This role is based at Eagle Farm; it is permanent full-time Monday to Friday.  You will report into our Talent Partner who will provide you with on-the-job training and support you as you develop in the role.     What You'll Do Work with our Talent Partner on Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader recruitment sourcing, screening, and coordinating through to offer Build and keep candidate pipelines warm through job ads, referrals, and our own talent pools Run structured phone screens that get to the heart of what a role and store need Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and right-to-work compliance Quote correct salary and incentive information and keep our systems and records accurate and up to date Make every candidate feel the Lorna Jane difference What You'll Bring Genuine knowledge of the Lorna Jane brand from the inside First-hand experience of what the role really demands the pace, the pressure, and the customer focus that comes with it Exceptional communication skills, the confidence to pick up the phone and phone screen our candidates Lean new systems quickly, and have a genuine desire to build a career in HR Why Work With Us A genuine, supported step from the floor into a corporate People & Capability career Full training on recruitment process, systems, and structure, we can teach the right person the technical side Team discounts and a day off to celebrate your birthday Hybrid role with flexible start and finish times, once up and running Ready to apply?
