We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys meaningful conversations and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, informed and confident about their dental care.

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm and personalised experience from their very first interaction with our practice.

This is more than a traditional dental assisting role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up opportunities, helping patients understand their options and ensuring no patient falls through the cracks.

Your role will include:

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm first impression

• Managing enquiries with confidence and care

• Helping patients understand services and treatment recommendations

• Following up new patient enquiries and outstanding treatment

• Reactivating patients who are overdue for care

• Coordinating appointments and maintaining an organised schedule

• Processing payments and assisting with payment plans and options

• Working closely with our clinicians to support the patient journey

You’re someone from a strong dental background who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and making them feel welcome.

A warm smile, genuine greeting and positive attitude come naturally to you. You communicate with confidence and professionalism, including conversations about treatment, fees and payment options.

You don't simply complete tasks — you take ownership of outcomes. You look for solutions, follow through on commitments and find ways to help patients move forward with their care.

You’re organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with numbers. You enjoy learning, welcome feedback and take pride in continually improving your skills.

You’ll be involved across the entire patient journey — from coordinating treatment as well as supporting patients clinically, to creating engaging social media content and tracking key practice metrics and helping the team understand what’s working and where we can continue to grow.

We’re looking for someone with a genuine can-do attitude — someone who sees what needs to be done and takes ownership. You’ll be part of a close-knit team where everyone pitches in, supports one another and takes pride in doing what’s needed to keep the practice running beautifully.

Experience

Dental experience is essential for this role. We take great pride in creating a personalised, seamless patient experience, and every interaction matters.

We’re looking for someone who understands the dental environment, can anticipate what patients need, and takes pride in ensuring every part of their experience feels warm, organised and considered.

You'll receive training in our communication frameworks, patient journey and practice systems, with ongoing coaching to support your growth in the role.
