ServiceNow Platform Specialist

A large federal government organisation is seeking Senior ServiceNow Platform Specialists to support the configuration, administration and enhancement of its ServiceNow platform. These roles will work closely with program and support teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions using ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box capabilities, complemented by low/no-code extensions where required.

• Configure and extend ServiceNow platform applications and modules.

• Provide platform administration, including user/group management, roles, integrations and performance tuning.

• Build and optimise workflows, service portals and platform capabilities.

• Support integration implementations and ensure monitoring and performance alerting are in place.

• Ensure platform security, access controls and compliance with departmental policies.

• Lead knowledge transfer and training activities for support teams and business users.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards and reusable components.

• Partner with business and program teams to translate business requirements into maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

• Experience administering and configuring ServiceNow across multiple modules.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, workflows and integrations.

• Experience supporting platform governance, security and performance optimisation.

• Ability to develop technical documentation, configuration standards and SOPs.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications highly regarded.
