Transform lives, every single day
Do you want a career that means more?
At Anglicare Sydney, we bring the strength, the support and the strategy to make it happen.
We're a well-respected not-for-profit that's been serving society's most vulnerable for over 170 years. Each year, we achieve life-changing outcomes for more than 40,000 people who rely on our person-centred support. And now, we're extending our reach and impact even further.
As our Program Lead - Family Mental Health Support Services, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting children, young people and families experiencing mental health challenges by leading an integrated service that combines clinical leadership, therapeutic counselling and complex case management.
This is more than a leadership role. You'll inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team while remaining connected to frontline practice, maintaining a small caseload of counselling and complex family case management. Your leadership will ensure children, young people and families receive coordinated, trauma-informed and person-centred support that strengthens resilience, improves wellbeing and creates lasting change.
Be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven community where we don't just talk about values, we live them.
Your opportunity
As our Program Lead - Counselling and Family Mental Health Support Services, you'll provide strategic leadership, professional supervision and operational oversight of Anglicare's Shoalhaven Counselling and Shoalhaven/Dapto Family Mental Health Support Services.
Leading a team of Counsellors, Case Managers and student placements, you'll foster a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement while ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic and case management services.
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll maintain a small portfolio of counselling clients and complex family case management, providing specialist intervention where families require additional clinical expertise and coordinated support.
With integrity and resilience, you will:

At Anglicare, we believe everyone is Made for Connection with God, with each other and with the places we call home.
