Event officiators to record times of jigsaw puzzle competitors + more fun

Volunteers are essential to keeping things running smoothly. Main tasks include:
Recording competitors’ finish times
Helping with set-up and pack-down
Assisting at the AJPA, merchandise, and raffle tables
Providing general customer service and support throughout the event

There will be specific volunteer positions this year, so when you get in touch, please let us know:
- Are you also competing? If so, in which category/ categories?
- ⁠What hours can you do?
- Your preferred task(s), we’ll try our best to accommodate that, but most needed are all-rounders.

No experience is needed — full training and support are provided on the day. You’ll meet wonderful people, see the excitement of the competition up close, and help create a welcoming and inclusive community event.

On Saturday the 17th of October we will need volunteers from 9am- 6pm. Please advise if you can do half day or full day, or set hours. We will work a roster around your availability.

** Training **
Training on the day is provided and continued support is available all day.
