WE'RE HIRING: Sales & Customer Experience Team Member

📍 Location: Fitness Matters Jimboomba

Type: Casual/Part-Time (with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time)

⏰ Hours: Rotating shifts (including early mornings, evenings & Saturdays)

This isn't your average customer service job. This is a sales-first, impact-driven role where you’ll be the very first—and lasting—impression our members have of Fitness Matters.

We’re not just looking for someone to smile and answer phones. We want a powerhouse who can confidently sell memberships, upsell our services, chase leads, and close deals—all while delivering a legendary, welcoming experience to everyone who walks through our doors.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Driving Growth: Turning casual walk-ins into loyal members (you are on the frontline of our sales!).

• Chasing Leads: Proactively following up with online inquiries, past prospects, and inbound leads.

• Upselling Value: Introducing members to premium services like recovery sessions, PT packages, group training, and supplements.

• Owning the Front Desk: Flawlessly managing member check-ins, class bookings, and merchandise sales while keeping the space clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Creating Content: Helping capture behind-the-scenes moments and member testimonials for our social channels.

• Building Community: Being the go-to legend for questions, motivation, and genuine connection.

What You Bring to the Table:

• You genuinely love selling—and you are great at it.

• You’re obsessed with fitness, people, and helping others transform their lives.

• You communicate with confidence, whether face-to-face, on the phone, or in follow-up messages.

• You’re fast on your feet, sharp, highly organized, and self-driven.

• You see sales targets as fuel to perform, not as pressure.

Extra Brownie Points If You Have:

• Previous experience in the fitness industry.

• A background in sales, retail, or front-desk management.

• A Cert III or IV in Fitness (or are currently working towards one).
