Customer Service Representative

About the Role 

We have a great role available for a Customer Service Representative to join our company. Based in Acacia Ridge, our family business has been manufacturing and distributing healthy, wholesome, natural foods for more than 80 years.  

If you are a reliable, customer focused, service professional with solid administrative and time management skills and a positive attitude and phone manner, then come join our team.  

This role includes a variety of tasks including: 

• Data entry of customer orders 

• Addressing customer account enquiries and providing feedback to customers on order supply 

• Answering phones and directing phone calls appropriately 

• Assisting with internal enquiries  

• Effective problem-solving skills 

• Liaising with various departments regarding customer orders 

• Assisting with credits and claims 

• Providing general administrative assistance as required 

 You need to have good computer data entry skills, while experience with Excel and or Pronto would be a major advantage, but not necessary.
