Our client is in search of highly skilled and experienced High-End Vehicle Painters to join their prestigious team. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in automotive painting, specialising in luxury and high-performance vehicles, demonstrating exceptional skill, precision, and an eye for aesthetic perfection. Your main responsibility will be to apply paint finishes to vehicles that meet the highest standards of quality and beauty.

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Vehicle Painter, with a focus on high-end automobiles.
• Provide supporting documents, such as payslips, employment evidence, a valid passport, and police clearances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking areas not to be painted.
• Mix and match paint to achieve the perfect colour and texture, ensuring a flawless match to original or custom specifications.
• Apply paint to vehicles using spray guns and other equipment, achieving a smooth, even coat that meets high-quality standards.
• Perform finishing touches, such as buffing and polishing, to create a showroom-quality finish.
• Inspect and assess vehicles to determine the extent of paintwork required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and health regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automotive painting and finishing techniques.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive painting, with specific expertise in high-end vehicles.
• Proficient in using a variety of painting equipment and techniques, with a keen eye for detail and color matching.
• Knowledge of the latest paint products, tools, and trends in the automotive industry.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various positions and environments.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to ensure clear communication with clients and team members.
