We're adding a new Signature Experience: a Croupier Master Class for guests who love the game — and for those who want an edge before their next night at the tables.

We need someone with genuine croupier experience and the personality to match. This isn't dealing cards to a room of strangers — it's teaching, storytelling, and making Blackjack or Poker feel like an occasion.

You'll run two or three sessions, a couple of hours each, teaching the rules, the etiquette, the tricks of the trade — and the small things that separate a confident player from an obvious one.

Timing and days to be confirmed around guest demand.

What we need from you

• Confirmed croupier experience — casino floor or private events

• An outgoing, natural-teacher presence — comfortable holding a room

• Ability to make technical skill (card handling, odds, table etiquette) feel effortless and entertaining

• Unrestricted Australian work rights
