The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists
About the role
Love solving complex problems that don't have a straightforward answer?
We're looking for an analytical thinker who enjoys connecting the dots, bringing people together, and turning complex challenges into meaningful outcomes.
RANZCR is seeking a Manager, Standards to join our Policy, Advocacy and Standards Unit. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Standards, you'll work at the intersection of healthcare, policy and stakeholder engagement, supporting the development and implementation of standards that influence radiology and radiation oncology practice across Australia and New Zealand.
Working closely with clinical experts, committees and key stakeholders, you'll synthesise information from a variety of sources, navigate emerging issues, coordinate complex projects, and help translate evidence into practical outcomes. Your work will contribute to high-quality professional practice and support better outcomes for healthcare professionals and patients.
We're looking for someone with leadership experience and a solid understanding of quality and standards who is excited by the opportunity to further develop their expertise in a complex and evolving environment. With four direct reports, you'll play an important role in supporting and developing a team of talented professionals, fostering collaboration, encouraging growth, and contributing to a positive and high-performing culture.
If you thrive in environments where no two challenges are the same and enjoy balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
RANZCR is the peak body for clinical radiologists and radiation oncologists across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
We set standards, support training, and advocate for better patient care. We’re values-driven, inclusive, and committed to the wellbeing and growth of our people.
Enjoy a rewarding career at RANZCR, where you’ll benefit from 12 rostered days off (RDOs) per calendar year, attractive salary packaging options, highly flexible working arrangements, and a range of additional employee benefits that support your wellbeing and work–life balance.
