What you’ll be doing

• Own the day-to-day running of The Bottle-O drive-thru

• Lead, roster and train the team while staying visible during trade

• Keep shelves and fridges stocked, organised and ready for customers

• Manage ordering, stocktakes, deliveries and stock control

• Recruit new team members

• Keep every shift safe, compliant and running smoothly

What we’re looking for

• Bottle shop, retail or hospitality leadership experience—or a strong supervisor ready to step up

• Someone who genuinely enjoys chatting with locals and getting to know the regulars

• A hands-on leader who sets clear expectations, supports the team and pitches in

• Strong organisation across rosters, stock, deliveries and computer-based admin

• The ability to safely unload deliveries, move cartons and handle the physical side of the role

• Flexibility across nights, weekends and public holidays, plus a current Queensland RSA; Forklift Licence preferred
