About the Role
Smart Berries handles shipments across both domestic and international markets and is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to help ensure our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, supporting the maintenance of a reliable cold chain, building strong relationships with freight carriers, and ensuring our logistics processes are managed efficiently and effectively. Other responsibilities of the role include:  

• Monitor supply chains and shipments
• Engage in regular communication with transport & QA/harvest teams
• Ensure timely schedules are met
• Maintain accurate and consistent records & labelling processes
• Address delivery or specification errors to promote client satisfaction
• Manage inventory databases (consumables, packaging)

About You
This role will suit someone who has strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you will have the following: 

• Familiarity with best practices in supply chain management
• Ability to use data in making logistics more efficient
• Comfort using common logistics management software, Excel, Bartender, general booking portals
• Strong customer service capabilities
• Understanding of both warehouse and transportation management
