Join Our Friendly Catering Team in Aged Care

Location: Willagee, WA
Roster: Various hours, Monday - Sunday
Pay: $27.08 base rate per hour + casual loading + penalty rates

Cater Care is looking for a friendly, reliable Catering Assistant to join our aged care team in Willagee.

You’ll help create a positive daily experience for residents by preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals in a warm, respectful and supportive environment.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys food service, teamwork, and making a genuine difference in people’s day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with basic food preparation (salads, sandwiches, texture-modified meals)
• Serving meals and snacks with friendly, high-quality customer service
• Restocking supplies before and after meal periods
• Cleaning kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing duties
• Setting tables and supporting chefs with day-to-day kitchen tasks

About You

• Experience in food service and/or customer service preferred
• Certificate III/IV Commercial Cookery highly regarded but not essential
• Experience in aged care, healthcare or catering environments a plus
• Friendly communicator with a team-first attitude
• Reliable, organised and willingness to learn
