We are seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to join our team in Macquarie Park, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing and optimising our warranty operations and customer satisfaction processes. As Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warranty-related activities, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and driving continuous improvement in our warranty claims process. This role is essential to maintaining strong relationships with our customers and dealers whilst protecting the company's financial interests through effective warranty management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end warranty claims process for customers and dealers, ensuring claims are accurate, compliant and processed within required timeframes.

• Review warranty claims and supporting documentation to determine eligibility in accordance with manufacturer warranty policies.

• Investigate complex or disputed claims and work with dealers and internal stakeholders to achieve appropriate resolutions.

• Maintain accurate warranty records, systems and databases.

• Build strong working relationships with dealers, service centres, parts teams and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor warranty claims, costs and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement, risk reduction and cost optimisation.

• Ensure warranty operations comply with manufacturer requirements, company policies and relevant Australian legislation.

• Prepare regular management reports covering warranty claims, costs, trends, dealer performance and key KPIs.

• Work closely with Parts, Aftersales, Technical and Logistics teams to support warranty repairs and replacement parts.

• Identify recurring technical or product issues and escalate trends to relevant internal teams and global headquarters.

• Develop and improve warranty processes, policies and dealer guidelines as the JETOUR business continues to grow.

• Provide training, guidance and support to dealers and internal team members on warranty policies, systems and procedures.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a warranty management role, preferably within the automotive or motor industry

• Strong knowledge of warranty policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

• Proficiency with warranty management systems and databases

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with dealers and internal stakeholders

• Ability to analyse data and generate reports using systems such as Excel or equivalent software

• Problem-solving capability with a focus on customer satisfaction and process improvement

• High level of integrity and professional conduct

• Relevant qualifications in automotive trades, business administration, or a related field would be advantageous
