Security Technicians (Projects) & Security Technicians (Service Maintenance)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Security Technician who thrives within both service and project environments to join our Sydney Team (Head Office location Wetherill Park).

Position Description & Role Requirements

• Able to work independently with strong self-motivation as well as collaborative environments when required.

• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose faults and leverage your technical expertise on large Alarm, Access Control, and IP CCTV systems.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritise tasks and executing defined deadlines.

• Travel across the Sydney Metro Area to deliver responsive Service and Project Support.

• High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and quality assurance.

• Build trusted customer relationships and support continuous customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.

Experience & Certifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security systems installation and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electronic security systems, including IP CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Systems (Proven ability with large-scale projects is essential).

• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.

• Strong leadership capability and the confidence to manage small teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Current Drivers Licence, Security Industry Licence, Open Cabling License (Structured Cabling Endorsement), EWP License, White Card and Working With Children Check.
