About the Team 
Our national Insurance & Health practice combines deep industry knowledge with local expertise and the highest standards of client service. Our team of more than 300 specialist lawyers has the depth of experience and agility to help our clients, both in Australia and overseas, to navigate the complex risk landscape and support their insureds.

About the Role 
An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join our Professional Indemnity team in Brisbane. The position will involve providing coverage advice and defending a variety of claims brought against directors, officers and companies; and professionals across the legal, financial services, construction, property, and allied health industries. There will be an opportunity to work directly with most local and international participants in the financial lines market, and to be involved in a diverse range of litigated, non-litigated, and regulatory matters. 

About You

• you have 1-3 years' PAE with previous defendant insurance or commercial litigation experience;
• you can efficiently manage your own file load under supervision;
• you enjoy building client relationships and achieving excellent outcomes;
• you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of strong working relationships.
