Full Time Opportunity on a 3 month Contract (Oct - Jan)

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join back-of-house teams across Conservatory. 

As a Chef, you’ll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown’s Service Excellence — Be Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care.

In these roles, you’ll contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchens and support the delivery of high-quality dining experiences.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

• Following HACCP and food safety protocols

• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a high-volume or premium commercial kitchen

• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

• Availability to work part-time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (required)
