YEM Technology is looking for experienced Boilermakers to join our team at the Sino Iron Project on an ongoing 2:1 FIFO roster ex Perth.

YEM Technology is a Western Australian maintenance, commissioning, construction and electrical company specialising in fixed plant maintenance, shutdown maintenance, greenfield and brownfield SMPE&I construction services across the mining and mineral processing sectors.

About the Role
This is a permanent and casual opportunity based at Cape Preston, WA, working a 2:1 roster (one week days, one week nights, one week off). Shifts are 12 hours including a 30 minute paid lunch break.
  
What You Will Be Doing

• Performing welding, fabrication, and structural repairs on fixed plant equipment
• Inspecting and testing boiler systems, pressure vessels, and associated components
• Supporting planned and shutdown maintenance works
• Completing job work orders and maintenance documentation
• Working within a skilled, integrated maintenance team

What We’re Looking For
Essential:

• Australian recognised Fabrication trade certificate
• HRWL: Elevated Work Platform (WP)
• Working at Heights (WAH) within 5 years
• Confined Space Entry (CSE) within 5 years
• WA Construction Card
• Valid driver's licence
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Must be clean shaven and able to wear a respirator mask (3M 7500 or equivalent)

Desirable:

• HRWL: Dogging (DG)
• HRWL: Basic Rigging (RB)
• HRWL: Forklift (LF)
• Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence
• First Aid / CPR
• Other trade qualifications

What We Offer

• FULL TIME: $51.15 ph
• CASUAL: $63.94 ph
• NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE: $7.67 ph
• Ongoing 2:1 roster with permanent and casual opportunities
