Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Since launching in 2019, we've grown rapidly, ranking #2 on Deloitte's Fast Starters and building proprietary, award-winning technology that serves customers across Australia, the US, UK, and Europe.
Now, we're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to sit at the front of our sales engine and help fuel the next phase of growth.
This role comes with a clear pathway into an Account Executive position within 12 months for high performers.
 
The Opportunity
This is not a passive lead-following role.
You'll be responsible for creating opportunities, qualifying real demand, and setting high-quality meetings with decision-makers, particularly within enterprise and mid-market organisations.
You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing, learn how complex B2B deals are built, and develop the foundations needed to progress into a closing role.
 
What You'll Do

• Prospect and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, urgency, and value
• Clearly articulate Removify's value proposition to senior stakeholders
• Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies

What We're Looking For
Must Have:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort engaging new people and handling objections
• Drive, resilience, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused role

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to B2B sales or tech environments
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Interest in progressing into a closing or AE role
