Base salary $79,600 + Super + Bonus scheme + Group wide discounts

We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

Located in Fairfield Heights, Brown Jug Hotel (a Nightcap Hotels location) is a vibrant Western Sydney favorite. The venue features an acclaimed on-site Vietnamese restaurant (Ly's Kitchen), a high-energy Sports Bar, full TAB facilities, regular live events, and modern guest accommodation. It’s a go-to local hub known for great food, cold drinks, and genuine community hospitality.

Inherent Requirements

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About You

You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or managerYou’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step upYou’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming roomYou understand compliance and safe gaming inside outYou’ve got a current RSA, RCG and ARCG as per state requirements
