About The Role

Based in our Nowra clinic, you'll manage a varied caseload across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, disability services and NDIS supports.

We believe every clinician has unique strengths, so we'll work with you to develop a caseload aligned with your clinical interests and career goals.

Your Caseload May Include

Musculoskeletal rehabilitationNDIS and disability support servicesFunctional capacity improvement programsNeurological and physical disability rehabilitationStrength and conditioning programsAdult rehabilitationPaediatric exercise interventionsCommunity and clinic-based services

You Will

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored exercise programsDeliver evidence-based interventions that improve health, function and independenceSupport clients to achieve meaningful physical, social and lifestyle goalsCollaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to maximise client outcomesMaintain clinical documentation and reporting requirements

About You

We're looking for an Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people achieve meaningful outcomes and committed to ongoing professional growth.

Essential Requirements

Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status with ESSAMinimum 2 years' NDIS experienceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyCurrent driver's licence and access to a vehicleAustralian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
