Full Time Showroom Sales Consultant (Salary + Commission - Weekend Availability)

Hours: Full-time with availability on Saturdays and Sundays

We are seeking a high-performing Showroom Sales Consultant to join our Prahran team. This is a KPI-based retail sales role, best suited to someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and enjoys helping clients bring their lighting visions to life.

You will be responsible for handling retail enquiries — whether in person, by phone, or by email — guiding customers through our collections, preparing quotes, and converting enquiries into sales. You'll work with premium decorative and architectural lighting, assisting customers in developing unique, tailored solutions for their projects.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling showroom, phone, and email enquiries from initial contact through to sale

• Building strong customer relationships by understanding project requirements and recommending suitable lighting solutions

• Converting enquiries and quotes into sales while consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

• Maintaining accurate client, project, and sales records within HubSpot CRM and our POS

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Lucretia's premium brand and service standards

• Ensuring the showroom is presented to the highest standard at all times

• Staying informed on lighting trends, design movements, product innovations, and industry developments

• Collaborating closely with the showroom team to achieve shared sales goals and provide outstanding customer service

• Contributing to repeat business and referral opportunities through proactive customer follow up

• Proven success in a retail sales role, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding KPIs

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience is required

• Confident, professional communicator who enjoys engaging with customers in person, via phone and email

• Background in architecture, interiors, or design highly regarded

• Motivated by results and delivering excellent customer experience

• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple enquiries

• Comfortable using CRM and POS systems (HubSpot experience an advantage)

• Reliable, punctual, and available to work both weekend days if required
