Client Services Officer

Eagle Financial is a highly regarded accounting firm with offices across Sydney, Newcastle, and the Gold Coast. Due to continued growth, our centralised client services team in Balgowlah is looking for Client Services Officer 4-5 Days a week.

Located in Balgowlah on Sydney's Northern Beaches, this is a role that blends professional service excellence with community and connection. You’ll be part of a friendly, social team that enjoys regular office events and works collaboratively across teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will play a pivotal role in our team, working with the Partners and Managers across the Eagle group and having direct communication with our clients.

 Specific tasks include:

• Answering phones calls and email correspondence both internally and externally.

• Mail handling - Managing incoming and outgoing post and couriers.

• Preparation of client documents and correspondence.

• Liaising with the ATO and other external organisations as required.

• Supporting the accounting team with administrative tasks.

• Administration support – Scanning and photocopying.

• Data entry - Maintaining client records and updating data bases across various systems.
