Key responsibilities
Handling bookings, quotes and customer queries via phone
Handling bookings, quotes and customer queries via email
Booking and updating delivery timeslots
Coordinating paperwork and documentation
Liaising directly with customers and drivers to keep jobs on track
Providing allocation support to the operations team
About you
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable multitasking across phone, email and systems in a fast-paced environment
Customer service or logistics/transport experience highly regarded, but not essential — full training provided
A team player who's reliable, proactive, and enjoys problem-solving on the go
