What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Order Fulfilment: Accurately picking and packing orders to meet courier deadlines

• Stock Management: Receiving, checking, labelling, and organising stock across warehouse and office areas

• Back Order Management: Maintaining and updating back-order listings to ensure timely fulfilment

• Courier Coordination: Liaising with couriers and preparing daily manifests to ensure efficient deliveries

• Office Support: Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed

• Workplace Safety: Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Attention to Detail: You’re thorough and take pride in getting things right

• Reliability & Efficiency: You can meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision

• Team Spirit: You enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team environment

• Strong Communication Skills: You can follow procedures and communicate effectively in English

• Physical Capability: You’re comfortable with manual tasks and can lift up to 15kg

While previous experience in a store or warehouse environment is required, knowledge of the dental industry is not essential as Alphabond will provide full product training to help you succeed.
