About the Role:

As a Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant at Miniso, you’ll create fun, vibrant, and seamless shopping experiences for our customers—from sharing your product passion and driving sales to keeping our shelves looking amazing and helping with stock behind the scenes. What you'll do:

• Work collaboratively with the team to hit store sales targets and KPIs.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, promote store campaigns, and create a welcoming store atmosphere.

• Maintain Miniso’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is neat and organized

• Support stock management, including receiving deliveries, unpacking, replenishing shelves, and stocktakes.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, and a solid understanding of retail operations, including stock control and merchandising.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-turnover retail environment.

• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within Miniso.
