Reception/Admin

About the Role 

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will manage the front reception at Belmont Grange, meet and greet visitors and attend to enquiries via phone or email. Working in a fast-paced environment, bring your flexible and approachable manner and join a friendly team. Permanent position available.

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Current and valid police check
• Vaccination certificate
• Reception and/ or administration experience in aged care
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Strong time management and problem solving skills 
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards residents, families and staff 
• Excellent presentation with a positive and mature attitude
